With the new Expressway, Gurgaon’s real estate future seems bright.

A major stimulus for the development of the new Gurgaon area will be seen in the Gurgaon bringing forward Best Residential Projects On Dwarka Expressway. With construction underway, the Dwarka-Gurgaon Link Expressway, popularly known as the Northern Peripheral Road or NPR, is already the talk of the town.

About 16 kilometres of the overall 18-kilometer stretch of the land for the Expressway has already been bought and work has been assigned. A commercial belt will run through sectors 105,106, 109,110, 110A, 111, 112, and 113, with sectors 100 and 101 reserved for public utilities and sectors 114 and 88 open to the public. 81-86, 89-93, and 95 are other Studio Apartment On Dwarka Expressway areas that are a little further distant from the Expressway but will benefit from it.

As this Expressway meets Diplomatic Enclave 2 in Dwarka, the surrounding regions are projected to become the most opulent. According to Navin Raheja, chairman and managing director (CMD), Raheja Developers, “this area will become second only to areas like Shantiniketan and Vasant Vihar in South Delhi.”

The Expressway has also boosted the development of SEZs (special economic zones) around it, including Reliance (multi-services) and Rahejas SEZs (engineering), which have both been notified.
